Rapid HIV Test (OraQuick)
Our most popular test — an oral fluid or fingerstick rapid test that provides results in about 20 minutes. No blood draw required for the oral version.
HIV 4th Generation Antibody/Antigen
The most accurate HIV test available. Detects both HIV antibodies and the p24 antigen, allowing detection earlier than standard antibody-only tests.
Syphilis Testing
Both rapid and laboratory-confirmed syphilis testing available. Early detection and treatment prevents serious long-term health complications.
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia
Common STIs often have no symptoms. Regular testing is the only way to know your status. Results are confidential and treatment is available on-site.
Hepatitis B & C
Hepatitis B and C can remain undetected for years. We offer comprehensive Hep B and C screening with same-visit counseling and treatment linkage if needed.

Is testing really free?
Yes. HIV testing is completely free at both our Hudson and Tampa locations. No insurance, ID, or documentation required.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are always welcome during our clinic hours, Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM. You can also call or email to schedule.
Will my results be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All testing is completely confidential. You may also choose to test anonymously — no name required.
What if my test is reactive (positive)?
Our clinical team will immediately provide counseling, arrange confirmatory testing, and connect you to HIV treatment — all in the same visit or very shortly after. A reactive result is the beginning of your care journey, not the end.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. For uninsured patients, we offer a sliding scale fee. HIV testing itself is always free regardless of insurance status.
Is transportation available?
Yes! Free medical transportation is available for Medicaid-eligible patients through our Uber Health partnership. Call us to arrange a ride.
