Our Story

Founded in Florida.
Built for the Community.

V.A.R.K. Industries Inc. was founded in August 2019 by CEO Vincent A. Kaborycha, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician specializing in Infectious Disease (NPI #1811650252). What began as a mission to close healthcare gaps in underserved communities has grown into a comprehensive clinic with two locations serving thousands of patients.

We serve patients across Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties, offering free HIV testing and treatment, PrEP services, case management, pharmacy, lab services, free medical transportation, and a toiletry pantry — all under one roof.

“To give our patients the dignity and respect and to be treated equally.”

In the News

Featured on Bay News 9 — February 2024

In February 2024, Spectrum News / Bay News 9 featured V.A.R.K. Industries' partnership with Ministerio Mujeres Restauradas Por Dios to open free health clinics for immigrant communities in Pasco County and Tampa.

These clinics were launched to support vulnerable populations affected by Florida's SB 1718 immigration law, providing essential healthcare access to those who fear seeking services elsewhere.

The segment highlighted Luiz Gonzalez Delgado, V.A.R.K.'s lead phlebotomist with over 36 years of experience, whose dedication and compassion exemplify the clinic's mission to reach the most vulnerable.

Transforming lives through health and wellness programs — VARK's commitment to reaching immigrant and minority communities continues regardless of political climate.
